Vidita is the one making sure everything on the people side of JDG runs smoothly — from hiring the right talent to keeping the team aligned and taken care of.

But she didn’t stop at HR.

While managing all things HR, she’s also been quickly picking up sales — understanding clients, conversations, and how deals actually move. And honestly… she’s catching on fast 

So now, she’s not just handling people —
she’s also learning how to bring in more of them (as clients)
